Our team confirms artwork readiness, specifications and feasibility before accepting a fast-track schedule. Standard sampling typically takes 5 working days. The 24-hour option refers to sample production, not shipping or delivery.

01 · Share your direction
Tell us the design reference, product type, dimensions, estimated order quantity and target date. Let us know whether your artwork is ready to use or you would like to develop one of our designs.
02 · Confirm the sample brief
We discuss fabric, colors, print or embroidery, construction, packaging, sample charges and any shipping charges by email. We confirm whether 24-hour sample production is feasible for your project. Production begins after the brief and arrangements are agreed.
03 · Make and review the physical sample
Depending on the approved design, development may include artwork preparation, color matching, printing, embroidery, cutting, sewing and inspection. We email photographs of the physical sample, including front, reverse and relevant detail views, for your review. Any changes are agreed before the next step.
04 · Approve photos and arrange delivery
After you approve the sample photographs and confirm the shipping arrangements, we dispatch the physical sample and share tracking details. Courier transit is additional. Delivery confirmation and your approval of the physical sample are recorded separately.

Discuss changes to the design, color direction, dimensions, fabric and construction with our team. Feasibility and revised timing depend on the project; photo review helps agree the next step before shipping.
Bulk order MOQ: 100 pieces per style per color. Typical bulk production: 15–20 working days. Sample charges, bulk pricing, final specifications, schedule and transport are confirmed by quotation.

For the first enquiry, provide a design reference and a short description. Do not paste confidential file-access links into the enquiry form. Artwork files and any confidentiality requirements should be discussed with our team by email before you send them. Your submission starts a project review; it does not place an order or reserve a 24-hour production slot.
